This delicious green smoothie recipe has my whole family hooked. We use either kale, spinach or swiss chard from our garden. This recipe is delicious!

Ingredients

cups
kale, spinach or swiss chard (packed)

chopped apple
½
cucumber
5
strawberries
½
lemon (juice squeezed)

tbsp
hemp seeds
1
tbsp
chia seeds
2
cups
lemonade or cranberry juice
Instructions
Add greens and juice to blender and blend well.
Add remaining ingredients and blend altogether.
